1 tbsp (15 mL) minced fresh ginger

2 cloves minced garlic *or to taste

Pinch hot pepper flakes *optional

Noodles and Veggies

Whisk together sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Turn heat off and add noodles (do not stir). Let stand for about 10 minutes. In the last 2 minutes of soaking, add broccoli, carrots and peppers. Drain well. Place noodles and vegetables back in large pot. Immediately add sauce and toss to coat.
