Hello & welcome!

I’m a food media specialist and former recipe writer for Running Room Magazine (2006 – 2018). I eat, play and talk about food for a living (why I run)!

My goal is to inspire you to become the  CEO of your kitchen, rather than calling for take-out or buying pre-packaged foods. Two bite brownies and/or Sea Salt and Vinegar potato chips however, are totally legit. Along with my Salty Maple Butter Tart Squares. I just so happen to be one of the judges at Ontario’s Best Butter Tart Festival.  Tough job, tasting over 60 butter tarts in one sitting.  I’m blessed to do what I love and have the curves to prove it!
